SELF-CARE FOR QUEER FOLKS | A Mindful Movement Workshop

You have registered for “Self-Care for Queer Folks”, a workshop developed by Movement Genius and sponsored by Hopelab, ensuring that every LGBTQIA+ individual has access to new resources to help navigate a particularly stressful time of year. You can expect both seated and standing movement (with variations provided for disabilities and personal preferences), mindfulness conversations, and a time of open Q&A with the instructors at the end of the workshop.
