We're thrilled to include you in our 6-Week Cohort for Artist Wellbeing Essentials. This cohort is capped at 20 people to allow for a personalized and attentive experience. 

Together, we'll build your mental and physical foundation for lasting success as an artist-creator.

Our cohort is 6 Weeks total. We will have 7 Live Sessions, beginning with a Kick-Off Call & Orientation. After, we'll have six, 90-minute Weekly Sessions with ongoing education, Q&A, and skills practice. Please complete the intake form below to provide your availability for weekly sessions ASAP. While we enjoy seeing you in class each week, we know that things can come up. All sessions will be recorded for you to watch at your convenience.
