Movement Genius is a digital wellness platform that provides live and on-demand classes to help people improve mental, emotional and physical well-being. Rooted in somatics and mind-body integration, the classes are developed by and for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ and all kinds of humans with all kinds of bodies and experience.
Co-founded by siblings Alyson Stoner (actress/activist) and Correy O’Neal (media executive/ business strategist), Movement Genius is committed to making deep and lasting personal transformation accessible, affordable and relevant.
Alyson Stoner is a multi-disciplinary artist, author and speaker committed to advocacy in mental health and social impact. She is the co-founder of Movement Genius, as well as the host of “Affirmation Workouts”, “Open Movement Workshops” and “At Your Desk” on the platform.
After 20+ years in television, film and music, she garnered certifications under clinical trauma specialist Dr. Jamie Marich and John Hopkins University to create content and classes that support deep healing and self-empowerment.

Dr. Damon Silas
Dr. Damon Silas is a Clinical Psychologist, Author, Speaker, Dance and Movement Teacher. He hosts “Daily Resets with Dr. Damon” and “Open Movement Workshops” on Movement Genius.
With 20+ years as a psychologist and professional dancer, “Dr. D” knows how to practically apply movement into a daily routine regardless of your circumstance, situation or abilities.
Dr. Damon provides one-on-one therapy for patients, group coaching sessions, and builds unique and innovative mental health programs for specific and often underrepresented groups of people. If you haven’t started following him on socials, catch his Mid Day Dance Break on TikTok.
Monique Coleman is an Actress, Producer, Entrepreneur and Philanthropist frequently known for her roles in Disney's High School Musical, The Suite Life of Zack & Cody, and Dancing With The Stars. Coleman has held numerous roles throughout TV and film, while also focusing on empowering the lives of youth globally through her docuseries and community, “GimmeMo”.
Through her own personal journey, Monique has developed a personal approach to wellness, including a healthy movement and mindfulness practice. She joins Movement Genius as the featured guide of “Games”, a creative movement series to help you find comfort in your own natural movement.
Wesley Hamilton is a Functional Fitness Instructor, widely recognized from his episode of Queer Eye where he shares about gunshot wounds that left him with a spinal cord injury. After beginning a new life using a wheelchair, he focused on developing himself mentally, physically, and emotionally so that he could support himself and his daughter. Wesley became an adaptive bodybuilder and established his non-profit, Disabled But Not Really.
ATA Adaptive fitness certified and NASM Certified, Wesley provides one-on-one coaching and group classes through Disabled but not Really, and will be launching a mobile gym to reach individuals who can’t make it to the Kansas City, MO gym.
While educating communities and companies about inclusivity, Wesley has developed the “Mindful Fitness” series on Movement Genius where traditional fitness movements are layered with deeper physical and mental awareness.
Natalia Tabilo is a Yoga Teacher, Journalist and Founder of Yoga for All Bodies™. She teaches Bodyful Yoga on Movement Genius in both English and Spanish.
To fulfill the promise of sharing Yoga for All Bodies™, Natalia is an experienced 200 RYT, 500 RYT and has trained in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yoga for All, Accessible Yoga, Yoga for Seniors, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, The Roll Model Method, Restorative, Yin, Yoga Nidra & Meditation, Somatics, Trauma-Informed Yoga among other certifications.
When not teaching on Movement Genius, Natalia can be found @YogaForAllBodies sharing tips to enjoy yoga no matter your size, shape, abilities, age or experience. Teaching weekly public Yoga Classes Online, training Yoga Teachers on how to make their classes welcoming, accessible and inclusive in the Yoga for All Bodies™ Master Classes and hosting workshops in which yoga practitioners can learn variations of yoga poses to enjoy their bodies and minds the way they are right now!
Ray Basa is an acclaimed Choreographer and Dancer, with over 10+ years in the entertainment industry. Known for his direction and choreography for live shows and music videos, Ray's multi-hyphenated abilities bring “Moving Meditations” to life on Movement Genius.
You may recognize Ray from Tove Lo’s Sunshine Kitty Tour 2020, Finneas’s Music Video “Shelter” or VersaStyle Dance Company. Credits also include directing movement for Hayden James’ & Icona Pop’s music video “Right Time” and Directing/Choreography for live shows like “Lighting in a Bottle” and “Electric Forest”.
Movement Genius fans can find Ray teaching weekly classes on Tuesday at TMilly studio in North Hollywood, CA and Wednesdays at Snowglobe perspective in Whittier, CA. Follow him on Instagram for all his work.
